3 Things to do every day. Guilt free!
There are many things in life you can do to make yourself happy. My biggest vice is eating.
Food makes me happy. A lot of people have the same issue as me. However, there are some
healthy alternatives you can enjoy every day without the guilt that comes with say, food
(or any other bad addiction for that matter). Here are 3 things you can do every day that are
guaranteed to make you happy.
1. Exercise
I know it’s probably not what you want to hear, but exercise is something you can
do every day (if not intense, of course. Don’t want your muscles to get all strained)
without feeling guilty, because it’s actually good for you! I know, I know. You’ve
heard this before. You don’t want a fatty telling you this. However, I find that exercise
helps me clear my mind, lose some calories and aside all of that it also releases
endorphins afterwards. You know, the little monsters that make you feel all soft and
fuzzy inside?
2. Enjoy life
Life is there to enjoy. You only have one life and you need to make the best of it. Live
a little! Appreciate nature, your friends, family, all the good things in your life and
you’ll see that you will eventually become a lot happier. Always look on the bright
side of life and above all: Stay positive!
3. Explore
Somehow, for some reason this earth was created. It hosts organisms. It hosts people.
It hosts nature. Seas. Oceans. Woods. Jungles. It hosts all kinds of wonderful things
that you can explore. I know, you think this one is a bit childish… but I try to take a
walk every day and just look at the world around me. That’s how I explore. Try it and
I can guarantee you, you will become happier… if not, certainly more appreciative!
